クリスマスパーティーメニュー(オーガニック)
クリスマスに作った、オーガニック素材中心のパーティーメニューです。
見た目の楽しさと、日常にも取り入れやすいやさしい味わいを意識しました。
ホールチキンのファルシをメインに、野菜はすべてオーガニック素材を使用。
米粉や豆乳、卵・乳不使用食材も取り入れ、重くなりすぎない構成にしています。
サラダや前菜、スープ、デザートまで、
季節感・彩り・食べやすさのバランスを大切にしながら、
クリスマスの食卓としてまとまりのあるメニューに仕上げました。

Organic Holiday Party Menu
This project features a homemade Christmas dinner menu created as a complete holiday table concept, using carefully selected organic ingredients and seasonal produce.
The focus was on natural flavors, visual harmony, and dietary mindfulness, combining festive presentation with everyday ingredients that feel warm, honest, and nourishing.

Menu Overview
Whole Chicken Farci with Organic Pilaf
A whole chicken stuffed with organic pilaf and slow-roasted until golden.
All vegetables are organic, and the chicken is from the Green Eye Natural Series, chosen for its natural, clean quality.
Christmas Tree Salad
A festive salad inspired by the shape of a Christmas tree, featuring organic lettuce, baby greens, romanesco, strawberries, grapes, Shine Muscat, and olives.
Designed to balance color, texture, and freshness.
Rice Flour & Soy Milk Clam Chowder
A creamy winter soup made with organic mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes, blended with miso and organic white wine.
Egg- and dairy-free bacon was used to keep the dish light and inclusive.
Colorful Vegetable Ajillo
Tomatoes, broccoli, organic garlic, organic olive oil, organic herbs, and both brown and white organic mushrooms.
A warm, shareable dish that adds depth and aroma to the table.
Four-Layer Orange Chocolate Cake
A layered dessert made with organic chocolate, rice flour, joshinko flour, almond powder, dried figs, dried orange and lemon, and soy whipped cream.
Finished with ganache, sponge, soy cream, and a cocoa coating sweetened with organic honey.
Organic Sparkling White Wine
Selected to complement the menu and add a celebratory finish to the holiday table.

Concept & Direction
This menu was created as a Christmas holiday party concept, emphasizing:
• Organic and responsibly sourced ingredients
• Seasonal color coordination and plating
• Plant-forward options alongside a main protein
• Comfort, warmth, and visual storytelling
The project reflects my approach to food styling and menu design:
natural, intentional, and emotionally resonant, without excess.
